RTO Exception Request

Can someone please tell me procedure to raise Short Term Exception for RTO in Ultimatix? I am aware of the path in Ultimatix but it is not allowing to apply due to date complexity which I am not able to understand.

In Ultimatix you have to raise the request 6 days prior

Eg. If you need from 18 means u have to submit request by 11 itself

Better you can talk to your HR and try to get approval by mail communication

You can still raise the request, HR team can modify from backend. And there is no benefit if you have the approval on email. It should be raised in the system
