Trending @Accenture; RTO exception req rejected

I have not visited ofc due to health issues since 2 weeks and even after raising the exception with valid medical certificates my lead rejected the request .how this will impact me ?

I didn’t go for a week Informed Manager and HR They requested to raise exception

Did you get workday manager level 3 approval also?

There was only 1 approval required. Manager in workday or HR

For 1 month for backdated wfh dates , exception can be raised
More than 2 months wfh people are getting warnin mail 1 for counselling

2 weeks won't harm , atleast I can say in my case I have missed 2 week period atleast 3 times this year didn't get any warning mail...one of my reportee didn't go to office for 5-6 weeks or maybe more than that then she received the warning email..

Not like that, you need to raise RTO exception request if you are not able to visit ofc for continuous 2 weeks.

Coming to your issue, have a discussion with your lead on this. Even that doesn't work out, drop an email to HR keeping people lead and workday manager in cc, get the approval over mail first. Then raise RTO exception request

For less than 1 month , if your lead is agreed then you can take it , no need to raise an exception, if it is more than 1 month, then only you need to raise it
