RTO disciplinary action

What disciplinary action they take if one doesn't report to office till March 2nd week?

Manager threatened my friend at tcs to RTO else face action.

Any senior people, please tell?

I haven't heard anyone faced any serious action with RTO non compliance. Max they are doing is just decreasing appraisal percentage and band.
