Stop spreading fake news, there is no such thing as RTO denail for more 30 days or soo. Only bench employees who are in bench for more than 45 days are at risk. It all depends on luck, i have friends who are in bench for more than 3 months and still they are not getting any HR related calls...

I wouldn't say luck only as then everyone will be just praying. While luck counts too, I believe your profile skills criticality gender disability everything counts, before they decide who will go next.

For those saying RTO news are rumours, note that my project rarely talks about WFO, but even they sent a mail citing the RTO policy is about to be monitored strictly from May.
I'd be more than happy if these are proven to be rumours, so please correct me !

If you have proper info then only post. Don't spread any rumours. It is hard to track your exception requests, planned leave, client visits, waiting list. Etc. If you are on bench then only in danger

RTO is the policy then follow it.simple.

We have been informed the same by our Manager. There will be warnings given every 15 days, if still not following Exit Resource will be initiated after 2 warnings

If the resource itself already initiated exit and denied the RTO. Will that be any problem? Will they give relieveing letter as bad?
