RTO consequences for bench employees

I’ve heard that TCS forced resignations for the people who were on bench for not following 5 days RTO from January. How long is it safe to be on bench with such policies and consequences?

Not safe at all.
If you are on bench, they are only looking for excuses to fire you, especially if you are at senior level.

What about employee allocated in project, serving notice period with 3 years of experience?

Correct info...I'm facing this at Indore location. They have stopped salary and all access. It not safe at all to be on bench more than 10-20 days. They force indirectly to resign by giving any project/role regardless of experience at any location

Guys With the current situation and those who wants to continue in TCS Don't try to be on Bench for a long time more than 20 days. Accept the project you like within these 20 days and be safe being Allocated.

No one touches you untill you were in Project with Allocation.

See I tell you, TCS is not the same it has to be. RMG and HR are hardly bothered to do anything. Find the opportunity as soon as possible else it will be difficult and u don't know what next step they will take.

C1 grade was kept on hold from receiving any project calls for 2 months.
Till now there are barely any projects available for Pega.
