Again asking what can be consequences for not RTO , having a genuine reason for not relocating to BL as its 300 kms away and family cannot relocate . Genuine feedback required
I travel 700 kms twice a month so I hope 300km should not be much a problem. 4 times a month may become very hectic but 2 times you should manage to avoid the attention and keep the situation cool. Use trains/metros as much as possible to avoid wasting time in traffic.

How much time it takes then for you ?

Ya but in some locations , its waitlisting ...or can they hear case to case basis ...mine is i cannot locate without family and my spouse is working in current city ...or may be they give exception like going once a month or so...

Completely depends upon your pl n hr n Yournrelation with them in securing an exception, whatever the case may be, unfortunately.

Currently there was an update on consequences. First time violation they send a counselling mail. Two more times after this they will be sending a warning. Third time is termination

Its an organization leadership level decision. HR having all the non compliance reports. once the time comes, they may terminate you with this reason.

I have seen leads L9 doing WFH completely except attending on client visits or lunches before COVID. This RTO is just an excuse n yes it depends upon your HR n Pl
