RTO Compliance

Hi I got RTO compliance mail today as I didn’t went to office for a week 18-25th march. Now my manager is asking me the reason what should I say I was going through xceed training during that period as I’m a new joinee. If they ask me to apply leave for those days then what should I do? Should i apply or what to do? Please tell!
