What is the minimum RTO% to be complaint. Also will April counts for RTO?

What do you mean April counts? Everymonth counts.
Minimum percent is 100% to be compliant but.. 70% will do the work. Specifically if you asking for Band.. then it won’t be counted.

For Band they will consider till March 2024 not the month of April

What if some one has taken leave for 5 days in a months.
So total working days is 20 associate has taken 5 days leave then how rto will be calculated (No of days went to office + leave )/ 20 ???
