Hi , As per the Rto compliance, I need to visit office 2 days a week .. But since I am directly reporting to client and don't have a specific team member I am visiting only 1 day In Jan , did to unfortunate situations , I was unable to visit office for alternative weeks . Will anything happen in my case ? Thanks in advance
Start visiting the office per the guidelines. People not compliant have been given warnings and asked to leave the organization in the past regardless of how good they were. I have lost a couple people from my team due to this so sharing this from first hand experience.
I have missed thrice, but not continously... how many times have the people who have been let go did not comply with rto?
