RTO
I am currently working from home even though I am getting mails for rto non compliance. Impact in hike and variable pay is fine for me . Will it impact in firing from job ?
Don’t know why tcs is pushing hard for RTO despite knowing many employees spend hours in transit and the network in odc is poor ! Only thing I can think off is govt pressure ! I kind of don’t agree it to be client as I was in a client call where only onshore folks were there and host was saying to travel to ofc only if needed that way we can do cost cutting
Old generation minds are 'ruling' TCS, That's the fundamental problem of the company which is gonna permanently affect itself at grassroot level ! Employees are already fed up with socializing ONLY with colleagues, looks like organisation is trying to restrict employees to keep their entire life ONLY with organization!!!
As long as you are a critical resource of your project, no one will dare to touch you. That's my understanding till date.
Iam also currently working from home but I'm gonna go to office just swipe in and out just to be on the safer side
It will impact salary in the coming future.
If they fire . Will they give deadline? Or it will be immediate on that day it self , because if we have time can attend interviews till that time
Salary must affect if no work how does it compare to wfo? Senseless
