RTO and promotion

I am wfh from past three years joined TCS as a fresher never visited office now they are asking me to report to office just to swipe and get out as we don't have any ODC in Hyderabad.i don't wanna waste half of my salary just to swipe. Is there any way I can skip with little consequences like for now they have stopped my city allowance which I don't care . And will there be any hike if I get promoted as I have completed 3 years?

I am also currently wfh even though I am getting mails . I am not bothered about promotion and city allowance. Will any there be any changes of termination if I don’t attend office ?

My manager told me that if RTO is non compliant then there could be chances of getting pink slip.. Till june of this year is gng to be tough

Where is your ODC located? Get a transfer to that office. Start reporting.

If transfer not feasible for you. Ask for a release and let RMG start searching for your projwcts in your base location. And then plz visit office. Its very very strict now.
