Today my manager told me that you have not reported office from a year now. You might get call from delivery head .what can he do. I am okay for paycut but dont wnat to go to office it is total time waste to report office

Their objective is to make us come to the office everyday.
Do you honestly think, they will just stop with the paycut? They will come up with more steps, gradually.
If paycut is the only consequence, we can all easily let go of our QVA and save the commute hours and expense.

We get used to RTO or find a project with a client location that provides an exception or leave TCS.
These are our only options. No amount of discussion (even if it is logical) will bring back even hybrid in TCS.
Maybe if enough people leave the org to cause a dent and if management changes their approach in future.

RTO Compliance is now linked to more then paycut. In paycut they impact your qva and city allowance. Over and above paycut it will impact your appraisals with lower bands and no promotion.

Are there any chances for termination or no pay

I have not heard of anyone getting terminated so far. Also i dont think they completely stop the pay. But who knows what policies might come in future. So you better start reporting to office.

Pay cut is just the first step to get you to work. Leave deductions will start automatically till you are left with no leaves LWP will kick in post which you will stop getting salary Stop pay is the last option.
Once you reach option 3, you will go to work.
