If not going to the office then what happened? The project has been assigned but not going to the office then it is any problem? Due to health issues i can't go to the office so how can I get permission to Work from home. Please suggest me
The managers if not very much agile won't allow you by any means. Try reaching HR simultaneously. And keep a record of every conversation you have with the manager or HR regarding this. Cognizant has turned to the epitome of employee exploitation.
How to connect with HR?..but they will give me work from home?
Check with immediate supervisor, he should give details of HR poc, with HR you can share medical documents and they will check with inhouse medical team and grant you wfh for x days suggested by medical team
