Y'day got an email from ACN that as per my project leads guidance everyone has to visit 2 days per week in office and that too as per the roster shared by PMO. Are you also getting such emails.

Yes many projects got such emails and will continue to recieve, as slowly this will happen in most of the projects if not all

Yes, but that sounds unnecessary in case of a person working as an individual contributor and has no work connection with even the manager. Also, in Hinjewadi there are lots of issues like unavailability of a good cafeteria, Parking is always full.

Yes but the people in leadership has to show they are working and they do such things to show their efficiency. And it's sort of silent firing nothing else.
