Can someone clarify if taking 3 days of WFH in a month will still allow us to achieve an 85% RTO for 20 days, assuming we swipe in and out on the remaining days.

WFH exception is only allowed on specific conditions / Critical Medical condition, that too it should get approved from ur manager and HR, for everything else its better to come to office or take leaves if required.
