RTO
Hi all, I heard that still three days a week is enough to be RTO compliant till this March. Is it true? Please comment guys.

I have heard from various sources that tcs is enforcing all this because that want to show 100% rto by 31 March but if you are asking me I went to the office 12 days straight from Jan,Feb, and this month I am earlier they were extracting reports on monthly bases but now they are extracting reports on weekly basis.. i have not received any warning emails nor I got a pay cut or something. Can't say what will happen in future but it is working for me.

But whom do they want to show this RTO thing? To competitors? To public? To clients? To investors? Aren't all other companies have all thesey

It’s one of the ways to reduce the employee head count. If you can’t fire them, cause them inconvenience. They’ll fire themselves

But i don't see any such communication that from April 9 hrs mandatory also what about reporting to nearest location update anyone idea ?

My RTO compliance is 0% . What actions they can do . I ok with any actions apart from termination

Probably they myt make yu understand more abt inflation but it seems Yu have other options to cover it up 😬 confidence speaks so

I got a STOP PAY threat from HR when my RTO in Q1 and Q2 2023 was 0%. Then had to ask supervisor to send HR an email asking not to initiate

For RTO compliance It’s 5 days. They are not enforcing it till 31st March so project May allow you to go 3 days but that’s not considered RTO compliant

Thats incorrect. You need to come all 5 days.

No

whatever the TCS top HR management decides , it will become a law in TCS, right now tracking is done for 5 days/ week (neither 9hrs per day nor at base location) , but in future around april they would want 9hrs - 5 days / week ..

It’s now mandatory to come to office 5 days a week

Nopes. It's mandatory to visit office 5days/week.
