Hi Manager and SM,
Did you guys send counselling emails to people who are on notice period and not coming to office.
Anyone here not going office in notice period from 4 to 5 weeks anyone bothering you

I'm in notice period and have only 10 days for my last working day, in these 3 months i never went to the office a single day in my Notice Period, no one questioned me

People in Notice period are already exempted from RTO, which is why nobody questioned you!

Yes there's a guy in my team serving notice period, he has to follow RTO and not only that...her manager tells him not to take frequent leaves too.

Leaves are not allowed on np. Rto is different

Why leaves are not allowes?

Bro i did not go post the counselling mail, my PL called up and asked me to attend atleast once a week, i still did not go, he got a mail to trigger a warning mail to me, which he did and now i am going to, he was very transparent and showed me the portal and how he cannot do anything about it

Even I am on notice period and I haven’t been to office from last month. Notice period people are exempted from RTO

I am currently on NP. One month left. I've never been to the office in the last two months of my NP and my PL hasn't questioned me till now

I am going fifferent offices and when I want

I suggest you go atleast once a week, somehow HRs have no other work and are keeping track of these things
