RTO- How many days/week are you visiting office?

Not going from mid June. Due to 84 KM distance, deterioration of physical health and mental health. And I thought it was an anxiety attack which I had. And when I applied for leave in such a scenario my manager said "okay, take care" but they ignored approving leaves and I have to work on one of the days. At that point I realised what these people are that can go to any depths to get people resign. After that day I went to the office for just one day to see if I can manage it or not. But my physical and mental health was so bad that I felt like giving up near the metro station. After that day I didn't go to the office. And I won't even go now. Let them cut variable pay. My variable pay is less than my monthly expense of traveling to the office. Let them send emails. I am looking outside for remote jobs. Whenever I feel like quitting I will quit. My mental and physical health is more important than following these silly policies.
Same here..on an average my distance is 50 kms of one side and I am visiting office 5 days a week.. rarely I take leaves when feel very exhausted. It's really hard to manage to everything. So, resigned and currently I m on my notice period.
You will be in next Layoff list for sure 🤭 you will feel guilty at that time 🤯
I was a new joinee. I inadvertently missed attending office more than 3 days in April and I got an email from the HR and a mass teams call for everyone who didn't come to the office. Only people who didn't have an ODC in the depute location were allowed to work from anywhere. Rest all of us were asked to come to the office daily for 9 hours. 5 hours is enough
On an offline call my manager said that there is no work from home or work from anywhere in TCS in any project. Then how are some working from anywhere?
Depends on the project. For example if a person is
working from Indore but there is no ODC for that project in Indore then where would that person sit?

Preparing for job switch so stopped going to Office from last month
5 days WFO is mandatory unless you/your project have exception. Else variable pay will be deducted if attendance is <85%.
I'm going 3 days a week due to limited seats for our project.WFO exception have to be applied in GESS for remaining 2 days
