How does a warning letter look like. I dont even know if i am issued one🤣🤣

If an employee has already received a second warning letter, and after that they attended work regularly for two weeks but then resumed working from home without authorization, then what will the next course of action ??

I swiped in, went out and came back in and then swiped out for a total of 20 mins and it was captured.

I literally swiped in once, sat in cafeteria for 45 min and left! Still they did not registered my attendance.
