Rpa(pad) vs Full stack (mern)

I am having 1 year of experience with rpa [power automate desktop]. Although I am having high proficiency in it, i still feel i wont be paid good in the long run. Now i am trying to acquire full stack skill, mern with aws. Is it good or bad move.

Also can someone suggest how to switch company and get atleast 12 lpa package. Rn i am in tcs with ninja package. What skill to learn and when is the right time to switch.
