I would say RPA is done and dusted in the market. As far as you are in TCS, it is ok to manage, since TCS drives such technologies for ages. But if you want to shift from TCS, this technology is no more useful for your career. I suggest you to start learn and certify in power platform, this will boom in market and lasts for at least 8 years in the market from now.
I was into RPA for the last 8 years.

Can you guide what be the learning path ..where to start??

Power platform is tool based. The popular power tools are:
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA tool)
- Power Automate Cloud
- Power Apps
- Power BI
All you need is an office 365 license (which costs low) and above all are available in window 11.
Don’t pay much for learning platforms, simply go with YouTube. Ex: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLelARlgcXqy5hIizJHXMlHcxuQc5CHS9F&si=xac7EsPXtJs9fjo_

Above YouTube videos will give basic insight above power platform.
To be honest it is very easy to learn power platform and it is the most billing technology in Automation world.

Interesting field you've stepped into! RPA is definitely a growing domain with potential, but what made you choose RPA? Was it personal interest or something else?

Previously I didn't know anything about the RPA, Project manager just offered me the Role of RPA developer & after researching i found that it is a good Domain that's why I accepted the Role but didn't know about the growth!

Power tools , Automation on the whole get certified and switch at 110+

I recommend not limiting yourself to a single RPA tool. Explore and learn various tools, and consider delving into cognitive automation as it can be highly beneficial for your long-term growth.
