Hey guys, I just got a mail from HR regarding rotation. I’m not sure what to do about it… does anyone know if there’s any way to avoid/escape this rotation? Has anyone managed to defer it before?”

I have completed more than 18 months in current project so they are asking me for rotation

It's a policy, if you are still in Wipro after 18 months, then they try to make you add somewhere more messy things going on or in account someone already fired because of client escalation. The moral of the story is that ,they will try to make your life hell by adding somewhere teams life already hell, and try to get everything from you to resolve the issues
