Hello everyone,
I got an email from wipro rotation team that you are not defer by your manager and asked to fill the form for rotation. Currently iam billable in my current project and working in the same project for last 3+ years
What is the next step that I need to take what is the rotation policy? Do they put us in free pool?

Usually the manager will defer(try to retain you in same project) to you for the quarter. I came to know that it is been rejected. When I contacted him he informed me that currently the rotation is unavoidable and gear up yourself for change. Can we get other projects easily in rotation...? Has anyone been in rotation and got the project
It's a big myth, that they will leave u from current project, unless client want to remove, it will be really tough to opt for rotation policy
