Everything is going good in project from last 2 year suddenly today manager called me and informed we are going to release you in next 1-2 month because of rotation policy of associate is this true or it just fake reason manger provided me for budget or any other reason? Anyone faced the same?

Yes, you have to leave the project, go to pdp and try to get a data engineering project on your own. This is risky. If you are confident go ahead.
How long you are in same account. Like I was in same account for almost 2years and 10 months but tagged to different projects in same account. I didn't face this issue yet
I am in same account from last 2.5 years not sure they are releasing me because of which reason but he provided me reason of rotation also he said if no opportunity in same you have to find yourself in other account .
Why i am asking is cognizant bench policy is very bad like 35/50 days only they will provide to search new project.
This is true. This happens most of the times when Cts has a new client and is looking for a new team to form
