Root canal claim
Hi everyone! My father is added in the insurance plan. He needs to get root canal done in 4 teeth and the total amount would be around 25k. I know the cap is not included in the insurance plan and since it exceeds the domiciliary amount I can't claim from there. So what is the process? Any help would be grateful!

You can claim from domiciliary upto your wallet limit. Eg: if u have 10k under ur father name in domiciliary and you raised claim for 25k, they would provide only 10k

As far as I know, it's not possible. Last year, I had a RCT done, but aside from a domiciliary claim of 6,000, nothing else was covered.
