Hi All , I just planned to take roll off from my project , Is this right time to talk to lead about this or after end of November mnth ( cuz variable pay will be out on this November mnth right ) Just want to know that if there will be any impact on vp/hikes if we are on bench !?!

My variable pay got reduced by 60% while I was on bench in June this year and many of my colleagues’s who were on bench faced the same scenario
