Trending @Infosys; Roller coaster life.

I have lent out 11.5 lakhs for my friend because he is in need. The loan agent by mistakenly approved the second loan and made it 11.5 and I approved only to sanction for 7 lakhs. Now my friend is out of the coverage area. I repaid a partial loan with savings around 3L and managing with some extra top up loan to adjust it for a lesser interest rate for 8L

Still the loan amount is higher than my risk appetite. No bank is considering my profile to reduce the interest rate. I am SSE. All my peers got promoted to TA not me because my DQ is 45.

I have 4-5 certifications but it doesn't make difference on DQ because they are not inline with primary skills. My previous project managers endorsed random skills and made primary without any certifications. Now I cannot increase the level from competent to proficiency because the skills are tough. I spoke to my manager he said, if you change skills it will drop more. I don't know this DQ is acting weird for me. I am trying for part time jobs all I got scams. I worked hard for ACON but couldn't clear it. I worked hard of PP but failed everytime. Seems like God ensured me not to get any financial help in this hard time. It hurts everyone got promoted to TA and my situation is complicated where I needed the promotion most.

I can't forgive that friend of mine. I feel like a failure even after putting lot of efforts and hard work with honesty I am not getting any help. I don't know how to manage expenses. Please write something to make me feel better about myself myself. myself. I lostwI havehaveIItaken care of. Every bank is rejecting my loan profile.

I don't think DQ is a criteria to get promoted to TA. It is purely dependent on your manager and slots available to do promotions

It is showing on infy me screen. To get promoted you need 60 DQ score

May be some new rule then because earlier we didn't had such rules

First of all, it’s very kind that you helped. Now don’t think it was a waste bcz what I have seen is that hard earned money will come back to you if you never cheated on anybody.

Second, never stop helping bcz of this incident although you can try avoiding monetary help as it was a setback.

On the skills and promotion part, I am unsure but I know you will make it to a good level. Try not to waste single penny or minute towards your career.

Not a lesson again, but this is true that God will give you a chance and you have to see with open mind. It won’t be straight forward. Look what’s behind rather looking why it’s there.

You're a nice guy but remember this cruel world takes advantage of nice guys. You'll soon recover from this. Keep working hard.

Brother if you are eligible for IJP, apply it and you will surely get promoted

IJP will not allow to write any bridges further. 🥹

Go for IJP... atleast you'll be able to pay your loan earlier and then switch for better package. Don't think of staying in Infosys forever. Also if that friend of yours was from Infosys, complaint about him to your HR and ask them to provide you details to contact him.
If you're having transaction details then try hiring lawyer and file a case against him.
