Trending @Accenture; Rolled off from the project

I am getting rolled off from the project I am working for right now on December 31st. My MAL is 25 now and on December 31st, it will be 29. Will I be promoted from level 11 to level 10 as per default promotion cycle in Accenture? Will I get proper variable pay and hike? I have good feedback for this whole year in workday.
