Trending @Accenture; Roll off suggestion

I’m analyst and I have been working project since exactly 1 year back and because of toxic env and pressure I’m facing chest pain sometime and when is the right time to speak and ask for roll off bcz now performance discussion in going I’m afraid what if they put me in PIP again? In June cycle only they put in PIP and getting roll off is difficult as everyone is asking for it
