Hi team, I'm new to accenture recently joined, Initially they were hard locked to some unit but I didn't get any project, but after sometime i received a roll off mail What does that mean what can I do now??

I have heard that once you are rolled in to some project you are supposed to be in that project for 18 months or so. Before you try to get rolled off to switch to some other domain. Is it true?

Roll-off mail means you're off a project or unit, basically on the bench. Just chill for now, maybe explore internal job portals or talk to your manager for next steps
