It’s been over two years since I was actively involved in a client project, primarily working on their assets and environment, and during that period, I mostly used the CG laptop just to fill timesheets. Now that I’m moving back to the bench, I’m unsure about what to expect and how long this phase might last. I wanted to understand how things typically work for bench employees at CG, whether the hybrid work policy applies to them or if coming to the office daily is mandatory, how long it generally takes to get allocated to a new project, and what activities or expectations are in place during the bench period.
