Trending @Accenture; Roll off before 21 days of exit

I'm getting rolled off on 30th September and my last working day is 21st of October. The people lead and manager are asking me that you'll have to leave early as there will be no billing. Is this correct? They themselves have 90 days strict NP.

Nope if you want to enjoy the free salary ask them to pay you for those days and relieve you of they wish

Should I be rigid? This won't impact my exit, right?

No no it won't be, why should you suffer for their negligence.

At most you'll be put in PIP and can create an issue when you want to rejoin Accenture

Don't agree to them, its your manager's headache to keep you in the project, since HR would ask your manager to keep you in that project.

It's a convenient lie they use to profit themselves 🤣. So u r no longer needed in the team and benched then u r a liability to Accenture so no need to complete notice period. But same way u are to imp to the team then they try to retain u, if u don't accept then play the notice period drama to get a replacement for u bas....
