Trending @Accenture; Roll Off & PIP Issue.

I asked my manager for a roll off due to health concerns. He escalated with HR and planned to put me on PIP for four weeks. Whats going to happen ? And what are the suggestions ?

Complete pip the tasks anre not that tough, report work on time and you should be good

Any chances if PIP outcome is successful then are they eligible for variable pay in Dec cycle?

I highly doubt that, ask the HR partner they can clarify

Do not accept the PIP as PIP can only be given on the basis of performance and that too once several other conditions are fulfilled. So don't accept it.
