How can someone Roll off from the current project.
Ask your manager to release you with the valid reason
What can someone give the best valid reason according to you so your manager will be convinced to release you from the project?
I was working in shift B so when I need to review my code I had to stay awake till 2/3 AM so I had faced lots of health issues so I have told my manager regarding this but one of the best reason you can give is you are mentally exhausted if you feel suffocate in the project.
Can we pay notice period salary if we don't want to serve the notice period? What are the tactics for early exit?
Yes you can but your manager should get an approval from the business lead with a justified reason and then pass it on to HR. You can notify them about the notice period buyout
