Role vs Company. What should i do?

Hi everyone, Currently working as backend dev having 2 yrs experience. My lwd is jan 2. I have an offer from warner bros discovery for a Software engineer 1 which is more of a operation role and includes rotational shifts for first 6 months. Should i explore other service based companies for a lesser ctc if they are more development focused as i am not getting calls right now. Or should i join warner bros for now and do a immediate switch after joining as Currently i dont have any other offers matching my ctc.

Please help me with your thoughts
