Hi, Can someone tell me what is the process for Role Progression from 4B to 4A. (Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant). What is the eligibility and do we get it by default after few years? And is there a timeline for this like do we get it at the beginning of a quarter or is it random?

Thank you for replying buddy. I have been waiting forever. Inspite of earning Commendable rating and performing well continuously with awards and having close to 2 years experience in ACON, I'm still not getting the progression. That's why I asked.
