Trending @Accenture; Role in project not updated so will upcoming project be for the tester and dev

My project is over and i will get rolled off, the thing is I was hardlocked into the project as a tester but I talked to my manager and moved to the dev team , but my role in the gateway was. Not updated and is still a tester even after informing my pmo and lead but they are not changing it i.e. My primary skills are java full stack developer and secondary are also related to development , so will I get call for testing or dev role in future
