Hi all, I'm currently Associate Consultant. 4B If I apply to Senior Associate Consultant role which is 4A through IJP, when will I get this role change.
Management is playing games with me. After 2 years of experience also they are not giving me the role progression inspite of having a "Commendable" rating. They are keeping on dragging it. And the project is also very very bad.
So I thought of applying in IJP to get the role progression.
Can someone please let me know of I apply IJP and get selected when I would get role change?
They just play with employees. I too have commendable rating b2b yrs no hike no role change.. did ACON still role change letter didn't receive delay since 2 months I don't think any hike ll also be give.. if give it ll not match as j3-j4 PPL get .. it ll be below that.😔
If you get selected through IJP, role change typically happens within 2-3 months. However, salary hikes might not be immediate. Stay persistent and patient.
