How to switch from SSE to DSE Could you please tell me, what we have to do to become a Digital specialist Engineer 1 . What technology do we have to learn? 2. When will the bridge open for DSE?

Also the inline policies suck. You'll clear then you will wait for another quarter to get the role effective. Although you'll receive arrears but time will be approx 6 months.
Then again to get promoted you need to fulfill ton of criteria and wait for 6 months again to get promoted. Instead - you can prepare to switch! That would bring peace plus more money. Otherwise if you think this might be a better option for you then reach out to me.. I'll tell you in detail. (Converted SE to DSE in wave 4 and waiting to get promoted to DSE L1)
Your DQ should come under the top 10% and it is up to you to choose the technology like java , python , c++ with dsa
