Trending @Infosys; Role change letter (JL4 to JL5 via IJP)

Role change was initiated in Nov’24 and got the selection email in Dec’24. Email read the release date would be in February ‘25 however no communication post that yet. Is it common that it delays? and what would be the % change in compensation?

I got the mail in jan that releease will be in mar 13 I think they will rollout for this quarter at once for all
