When will we receive a role change letter who got selected in dec through IJP?
What is process of IJP ?
Can we do IJP within same unit ?
Yes if the job available for the same unit you can apply for the IJP
Search for jobs in the IJP section and apply. The hiring manager or interviewer will contact you for further processing. If you get selected then you will get a selection mail. If you get promoted then you will get a hike and role change letter
Mostly by 15th Apr
I'm also selected in Dec. But no letter yet. Ask HR and she said they are expecting in Mar end. Just ask my manager and she said it seems delayed so by April the C&B will be released. Let's wait for a few more days and hope to receive in Mar only
