Role change in TCS
Hi, Today i received an email specifying that my role has been changed from developer to Senior Engineer.
What does this even mean. Any idea?

Its a positive sign from what I know. It will be to protect you from the ongoing issue plus give you a much suited title.

It is a good sign. Some role level monitor is happening. Senior people with low roles like Analyst, Developer are getting targeted. To protect them, account are giving better roles.
