Trending @Infosys; Role Change/Hike/Rating

I got my SSE Progression in this quarter which is effective from 1st October 2024. I also got my rating as "Outstanding". I had a word with my manager he told me that when he given me the rating, there is an option as "Ready for next role", so he selected immediately in that for me. He also told me that he added my name in the hike letter list, and has told me that I will be receiving the hike letter in first week of Jan. DOJ: 4th Aug 2022 Confirmation: 1st March 2024 with B1 band

Questions:

1. When I will be eligible for JL4 Promotion??
2. As he selected immediately for next role change, so cant I get the JL4 promotion in the next quarter??
3. Minimum time period for the manager to raise an exception for me?
4. Will I get the hike in this upcoming quarter?
