Trending @Cognizant; Role change from PA to A in Teams
Guys, my Role changes from Programer Analyst to Associate in Associate360 App, but not reflected in my Teams. But most of the people I know has Associate shown in Teams. Any idea ?
May be it takes some time next week, but for your understanding, cognizant will provide 10% hike percentage for pa to a position so once you got 10% like percentage, you can ship the company to get 30% high in other companies
Oh, but as far as I know. Currently my package is 4.5 and the Associates that I know who got promoted gets 6.7 LPA. Kinda 50 percentage hike. I think its only for campus hires and depends on Domain
Hmm yes may be but when it comes from promotion hike part cognizant will pay only less hikes
Promotion hike is standard across domains if your current lpa is 4.5 you will get 6.0 to 6.7lpa as per your domain
No brother max you will get for pa to a only 10 - 15 % hike only
@Vickyrich007 is making fool out of you guys!! He is one of us who's pissed off with politics in this org. And now taking all perks provided by CTS in SA level is demotivating everyone's mind by spreading rubish comments.
If you are lateral hire PA then promotion to A is lesser hike percentage. But if you campus hire then it will be 40% hike
