Trending @Infosys; Role Change From Associate consultant to Consultant.

Hi everyone, I’m currently working as an Associate Consultant with 4.2 years of overall experience (1 year in Infosys). I wanted to know how I can upgrade my skills to move to a Consultant role. Also, do we get a package hike when the role changes?
