Hi, I am expecting a role change to JL5. I have completed all my eligible certifications and DQ scores. Currently, I am in a team lead position at the project level. However, for Infosys, I am currently at JL4. My manager told me that I will get it in the upcoming cycle, and April is the cycle. So, approximately when will I receive the letter?
