Role change

I am currently working in a different technology i.e.networking can I get into java development role is it possible within TCS or should I apply for diff company.

Extremely difficult to get a release from your current project. It's better to upskill and apply in a different company

You can apply to different company,but if possible try to get released from the project. I did the same , I worked as a Cloud Security Engineer and then joined another project as a data scientist within a year because it was my area of interest.
