Trending @Infosys; Role change and hike ?

Hi,

Currently I'm Jl 3a and i have completed my 3 years today. When should i receive my role change letter for jl4 ?

Also should they give me any hikes in jan 25 ? I didn't receive annual hike from last year, my rating was commendable.
