Management/GPM has any spl power to promote to Project Manager ? I could see I did not met RM and and ahd ppl telling TL to PM should wait for 3 years to to get RM. Please give clarity on this. Thank you!
Management and HR have the power to promote, but typically, a 3-year Role Maturity (RM) is needed. Exceptional performance can help, but it's not guaranteed. Communicate with your manager for clarity.
Lol. There are people sitting with 6 years above RM and you want something even before that. Yes only DM has power to promote to JL6. The slots are very limited and unless you are already working like a manager and one of the most critical resources to your account / practice , they won’t give you any prefernce over others with more experience waiting for it
