Normally it’s supposed to be a progression and time bound in 3 years. But if you are reporting to a JL6A and do not work day to day with your DM but your JL6A manager does it, that mean your progression will take at-least 5-6 years . As do not have an independent charge yet. Currently JL6A are the real managers , JL6B are more of paper managers.

Minimum 6yrs with 0℅ hike.
